   History

   First joined ZAM in July 2022 as a contractor, based in France, to support the Western European launch of Tower of Fantasy. Following relocation to the United States, the contract concluded in January 2023 when Tower of Fantasy WEU chose not to renew its agreement with the agency. In April 2023, ZAM hired full-time to support an expanding portfolio of games, starting with PUBG MOBILE and growing to encompass a wide range of titles across community management, social media, sentiment analytics, and localization.

   Tower of Fantasy – Western Europe

   During the contract period, assisted with the day-to-day management of the game's Discord server and other social media platforms for the Western European market. Responsibilities included community engagement, content moderation, management of the content creator program, and localization and proofreading work, primarily but not exclusively in French. Also performed limited localization work for PUBG MOBILE WEU during this period.

   PUBG MOBILE

   Began supporting PUBG MOBILE in April 2023, initially focusing on the Global and North American channels through social media engagement, responding to player posts and comments to maintain an active and positive community presence. Over time, the role expanded to include the production of regular sentiment reports tracking community mood and feedback trends, using SproutSocial for social media monitoring and analytics.

   Following staff changes within the company, took on broader ownership of the PUBG MOBILE North America community, becoming responsible for the management of its Discord server and the oversight of its moderation team. Also oversaw three distinct programs within the server:

   • World Builders: a program dedicated to players who enjoy creating custom in-game maps.
   • Spanish-speaking community: a dedicated space for the game's Spanish-language player base.
   • Core Feedback Group: a curated group of approximately 50 selected players providing structured feedback on upcoming features ahead of their release.

   Tower of Fantasy – Global

   Tower of Fantasy Global was the first fully owned project. Put in charge of the game's official Discord server, managing it and overseeing its moderation team. Responsibilities included supporting event management and producing sentiment reports, with a particular focus on community reception around game updates. Both the client and the moderation team responded positively throughout the project, and cooperation only ended when management of the title was transferred from its publisher back to its developer.

   Honor of Kings

   Honor of Kings became the second fully owned project, entrusted with building the game's official Discord server from the ground up. Grew the server to a healthy community of over 64,000 members, assembled and mentored a moderation team that remained active and engaged well beyond the end of the project, and organized monthly community events that fostered strong player loyalty and satisfaction. The work was well-received by the community, and the development team has since expressed interest in engaging as a freelancer to resume responsibilities on the server.

   Several of the community events organized featured custom Discord bots designed and developed in-house, drawing on a software development background to create interactive experiences for the community.
